Meet Sarah Smith, Certified Health Coach

I love to cook, learn and help others start their joy-filled journey to good nutrition!

I earned my bachelors degree in elementary education, but was filled with a desire to learn more about how to be healthy. Cooking and nutrition has always been something I’ve been interested in, and with six hungry kids to feed, I wanted to get it right. I have certifications in nutrition science from the Stanford Center for Health Education, plant-based nutrition from the T. Collin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, and am a certified Food For Life instructor through the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.

Together, we can create a healthier future for our kids, one meal at a time.
